  • I started as a helper in 2010, I had to stay with a
  • Pipefitter and carry all of their tools and bevel the pipe and supports and help them hold the pipe level and square as they made the fit for the welder to weld it
  • Then in 2012 I became a Pipefitter myself I had to walk down the pipe to make sure everything was in place and ready and make the fits and see what pipe or support went next in the line
  • Then in 2015 I became a Pipe Foreman as a Pipe Foreman I was the supervisor I had to walk the pipe down and see what I needed to line my crew out on and go get and have all the pipe and supports ready for every job and be ahead of my crew to have something ready for them and make scaffold request to get scaffolds built or taken down out of the way of a fit, I had to fill out a progress sheet everyday, and all through out the day I had to make sure my crew was doing everything correctly and in a safe manner in every job they did and if they needed help or could not do a job I would go and help or show them how to do what they needed help with.
