Summary

I am currently a student in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) School of Nursing in Jackson, MS. I received my Master of Science in Nursing degree from the Mississippi University for Women (MUW) in 2011, my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Delta State University in 2008, and an Associates of Science in Nursing degree from York Technical College in 2002.

I have practiced nursing as an advanced practice nurse for 13 years and my passion is serving underserved populations including rural health an long term care. My research focus has been management of the heart failure patients and improving their outcomes. Thank you for taking time to review my professional portfolio. It Is an honor to share with you some highlights from my career. Nursing has been a calling on my life for many years and I am humbled to serve those placed In my care.
