In December of 2021 I was promoted to a Lead Person over bread production line, where I developed under the current supervisor and learned each position. As I progressed and made an impact in that role I was able to move up into a Supervisor position in June of 2022 until currently where I performed daily duties to ensure we are following GMPs daily. Oversees daily production operations and ensures that safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met. Helps monitor and work toward waste reduction and production efficiency targets to support operational goals. Implemented processes improvements that reduce waste on both bread and buns.
