Daily duties include but not limited to:

Overseeing and training 3-6 employees (sometimes more), review jobsite blueprints/plans, ensure project is built to specifications in a timely manner, collaborate with customer, inspect tools needed to complete the job as well as enforcing adherence to safety protocols. Required knowledge to operate machinery including Skid Steer and attachments, Handheld power tools such as Augers. Regularly responsible for over $150,000 in equipment, not including job specific materials. Projects often require access to military bases and government facilities, which include regular drug screenings.

Responsibilities including:

Overseeing and teaching multiple M2A3 Bradley tanks with full crews as well as dismounted heavy weapons soldiers. Maintaining and inspecting over $3 million worth of team weapons and equipment (to include the M2A3 Bradley, 25ml main gun, 240C Coax Crew Serve Machine Gun, M4A1, etc.) to ensure combat and mission readiness.

Some routine inspections include:

  • Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) used to maintain vehicles operational status
  • Pre-fire Checklist ensures the main gun and weapon systems operational status
  • Gunnery Skills Test (GST) tests the soldiers ability to maintain and use weapon systems
  • Pre-Combat Check (PCC) and Pre-Combat Inspection (PCI) are preformed to ensure a soldiers equipment is present and operational before a mission or training event.
