Mr. Kilmer owned and rented 65 plus rental properties. I maintained rental properties for Mr. Kilmer. This position required me to do electrical, plumbing, carpentry, concrete, ground maintenance, painting interior and exterior. I also ran forklifts to load and unload materials needed for jobs, and back hoes, track hoes, and septic system replacement. Mr. Kilmer sold off all his rental properties and retired. I moved to Meridian MS to help with my disabled mother.
