My job at Daltons Sports Grill was to work the station in the kitchen I had been assigned to make the kitchen flow better for the morning or night shift i worked. I am experienced on every station , that being grill, fryers , dish pit , food preparation, and selling tickets in the window while simultaneously calling those tickets out to my coworkers. My last month at Daltons Sports Grill I was about to become the assistant manager due to my managers really liking my attitude and work ethic as well as my ability to excel at every station I'm assigned. So I am a dependable worker in any given role.

I've had countless shifts on every station in the kitchen I didn't just work Grill for a year and Fryers the next I would be put in spots that would help run the kitchen better or I would float around from station to station helping people if they were behind

As for food handling and safety I have done a food safety certification test and am knowledgeable about everything from temperatures of food to the proper handling and storage of specific items On top of just taking a test I had been taught by people I worked with for years on how to handle food safely

Some or the work aside from cooking would be experience on how to clean the machinery around the line and off of it

I have worked on every station at its peak busy hours and have experience with being absolutely slammed on with lines out the door but all while being able to get stuff done and stay calm
I have a serv safe certification for food safety and handling
