I assisted with strikes, union meetings, and negotiations with employees vs management. I moved to Jackson, Ms in 2002 to start working at Nissan North America, Inc as an Engineer for Altima. I assisted with the first and second attempt to establish Nissan as a union company. I also helped to get Morgan Freeman to speak at a rally for employees to help become unionized.i Feel as if I am a strong individual who loves her job and willing to help Teamsters stay strong and build a great working relationship with the employees to help them stay successful on their job with the company.
