Directed aircraft maintenance, supply chain management, and fleet sustainment of 32 K-10 refuel aircraft valued at $3B. Led a 345 member workforce to provide 5,000 flights, 29,000 flight hours, and 360M pounds of fuel annually.

Supervised Basic Military Training and follow on adult education training programs for 37,000 annual recruits. Led daily operations for an instructional team of 75 through traditional and innovation instruction and facilitiation.

Led numerous dynamic cross functional teams providing direct supervisory capacity to U. S. Air Force organizations. Teams numbered in size from 50 to 700 and duties ranged from production to administrative supporting fleets of aircraft across multiple geographic regions and contingency response events.
