As a general Forman I led safety meetings, ran 32 men crew, planned and prepared weekly and monthly work schedules, met with clients to discuss change orders and work plans.

As a piping general forman I led safety meetings, ran 8 man crew, pulled and verified measurements for all fabrication, installed spools as needed, completed all turn over packages with client.

As a piping Forman I conducted safety meetings, pulled and verified measurements, cut prepped and fit spools as needed, conducted all hydro test on entire unit, completed all walk through with client and turned over all systems to operations.

As a piping general forman I conducted safety meetings, tracked progress, handled all client job walk downs, planned and executed all lift plans for crane use, cut, prepped and fit piping spools as needed, set up and executed hydro and pneumatic test on pipe spools, installed all spools and put final torque on bolted connections, verified correct assembly on all lines, turned over all system to operations.
