Preformed maintenance on anhydrous ammonia systems

Familiar with tube and shell type systems, rechill systems, industrial icemakers, plate chiller systems, BTR evaporators, Single stage and two stage systems. Frick compressors, GEA compressors, Fes compressors, Swing machines, Screw compressors, Scraped heat exchangers, BAC condensing systems, Alfa laval, Ampco, and various centrifugal style water pumps. Ability to preform basic electrical and trouble shooting on Gforce and Quantum HD panels, Omni Panels, Allen Bradly PLC controls. Service and maintain Frick and GEA Screw compressors. Understanding of P&ID documentation. Ability to work close with engineering teams to complete required task. Pump outs and pump downs as needed along with basic to intermediate service of screw compressors. Change valve or retrofit to new equipment in valve groups

Psm compliant program, work order CMMS program, Ability to establish customer based relationships.

Maintain customer relationships, Provide adequate work for customers.

Remodel and Foundation Repair Supervisor.
