Actively collaborates in the development and planning and strategy, including managing the internal
processes in support of sales reps and aligning plans with overall corporate strategy; manages and signs
off on team projects & operations enforcement.
Builds, trains and maintains a high performing consultative sales team with focus, accountability for
results and high levels of engagement, strong interest in people development production and adherence to
standards of practice.
Reports directly to Sr. Showroom Manager with corporate sales reports, owns daily meetings, weekly
KPI audits, manages credit reports, technology onboarding & support.
Utilizes Judgment and Key Technologies such as Intellicheck to investigate and prevent fraudulent or
suspicious charges, Monitors various activities related to clientele and occasionally personnel.
Signs off on Security Officer performing rounds when closing showroom workspace, requiring manager
audit of showroom surveillance systems, walkthroughs, rolecalls, and alarm integration and use for
function.
