I moved in with my mother to help take care of her because she has dementia. I fractured my lower right leg in November 2018, and had surgery to repair the fracture. A rod was placed in the tibia bone. I recuperated from surgery for the next twelve to fourteen weeks. Afterward, I did physical therapy for 6 to 8 weeks. I took time to adjust to my surgery.
