Employed by the Child Nutrition Department of the Lincoln County School District. Duties included the receiving all request of the four county schools for a purchase order to be submitted to the State. Once inventory was received, the invoiced was reconciled and a payment request was submitted to the Central Office.
Each week information was received from the State Department with updated pricing for all food items that had to be entered to ensure the purchase order information was correct. This was to make sure the invoice amount was not greater than the purchase order request.
Other duties included the payroll for all cafeteria workers making sure all information of their PTO, health insurance, and garnishments were current.
