Summary
My name is Elijah (Eli) Hiser and I am originally from Russellville Alabama. I accepted Christ as my savior in October of 2018 as a freshman in college. My now wife Alexis (Lexi) Hiser led me to Jesus. We married on June 10, 2023. On February 9, 2019 I accepted the Call of Ministry from God.
My love is to serve a local church by faithfully preaching the Word, shepherding God’s people, and equipping believers to grow in Christ while engaging the community with gospel-centered compassion and intentional discipleship. To spread the Glory, Love, and Mercy of God. To teach the infallible and inerrant word of God to those who are believers and to reach those who are unbelievers through the love of Christ Jesus.
The Lord has used me as a team contributor with strong organizational capabilities. Experienced in handling numerous projects at once while ensuring accuracy. Effective at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
I am a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and project management skills. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently in fast-paced environments. Recognized for taking proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, with focus on optimizing processes and supporting team objectives.

Ministry:
In my 6 years in Ministry, I have been able to serve at 3 wonderful churches. I am a very small group minded Pastor but have served in areas of ministry with some wonderful teams and students ranging from 40 students to 185 students. Being able to utilize team members for connection, and relationship building is so powerful and the Lord blessed me with administration background and skills to accomplish the things He would have accomplished.
