In 2009, I received a certificate during the 30th year anniversary of Mars Food. I created my own Benism (slogan) for the company.

In 2011, I was evaluated by my Mars Food Manager (Wm. McGuire). He stated that I achieved many of the objectives with quality and speed of execution, setting standards for others on a consistent basis. I demonstrated commitment and initiative. I played a active role in increasing team engagement. My performance is rated an "exceeds expectations".

I met all educational and professional experience necessary to act as director in January 1, 2000 from this date forward.

In 2009, Mars Food was celebrating their 30th year anniversary in Greenville, MS.  The celebration kicked off with a event at Walmart, later an event was held at Harlow's Casino.  there was a previous contest where you had to come up with a slogan for Uncle Ben's Rice.   Well, I created the winning slogan, (BENISM).  It was revealed at the event, "They say the best is yet to come...But I say the best is already here!  Uncle Ben's Rice."  My slogan will be posted on a billboard somewhere in the United States.  I received other gifts for my winning slogan.  My picture was posted with my slogan.  Many dignitaries from various places were present for this event.
