I am a poultry professional with a decade-long job and research experience in poultry breeding, nutrition, feed manufacturing, meat quality and in prevention of foodborne illness from poultry products. I worked in six countries, across three continents which granted me an unparallel understanding of the challenges faced by the poultry industry worldwide. I aspire to contribute in improving the quality assurance and food safety aspect of the poultry industry by implementing my knowledge, research findings, and technical skills in a competitive and dynamic work environment.
Lab management: Compliance and management of Animal Biosafety Level-2 (ABSL-2) facilities
