As the Founder/CEO of Training Pastors International, I began a training program for poor pastors who had no access to training, beginning in Honduras and then in other countries in Central and South America. Over the next 25 years, the ministry spread, through word of mouth (only by God's direction) to 14 courties, now including Uganda and Kenya, in Africa. In each country, through prayer, a core group of men rose to the top of the class, and were specifically trained to carry on the training in their own countries. Thousands upon thousands of men have been trained since our beginning in 2002.

We currently (2026) have training courses available in the nations of Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Kenya, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, the United States of America, Uganda, and Venezuela.
