My job consists of not only leading and teaching, but still having to work at the same level as the people I'm teaching. This is a sales job, through and through, and if sales are not made, we don't get payed. I focus on not only writing my own business, but writing business for those I am responsible for, all while teaching them the tools to success in this industry.
