2023 Varsity Leadership Award for Basketball and Baseball

During 2023, my senior year of high school, I was nominated team captain for the Varsity Basketball and Varsity Baseball team. I also received awards at the end of the respective seasons that showcased and highlighted my leadership ability. Along with the overwhelming help of my 11 other teammates, we brought a second place finish in the state tournament back to my high school of 130 students. This is the highest any team sport has ever placed in a state tournament in the history of my hometown.
