Lead operations for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) multidisciplinary, team-based service model that provides intensive community-based and outreach-oriented services to people who experience the most severe and persistent mental illness. The vast majority also have a co-occurring substance use disorder and many experience comorbid medical illnesses as well as homelessness.

Lead daily operations for the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) community-based, multidisciplinary team model of community mental health services delivery.

Substance use disorder assessment, treatment interventions, and referral services related to recovery/relapse prevention for consumers and families.

Provide direct services for consumers and families including intake, service planning, individual and group sessions. Provided clinical supervision and program supervision for the agency services available for substance use disorders and prevention.

Administer employee benefits and collaborate with respective departments in consultation and development needs that arose among the staff.

Mental health clinician and provided intake, service planning, individual, group, and crisis prevention/intervention services to individuals and families.

Advanced within the agency to carrying out recruitment, retention, orientation training, benefits consultation and development options for all staff members.
