Justin Maddox

I am employeed with helmerich and payne in 2006 off shore division. started roustabout, then moved up to lead roustabout, until off shore division stacked most of their rigs out 6 months later. I then hired on at grey wolf drilling for about 8 months on a kelly rig. I took a spot back with Helmerich and Payne in late 2007 on land division where i spent the next 4 years in east Texas division working through the positions motors, and derricks. then transferred to west Texas division and have been working in west Texas division since then. I started as assistant driller in 2016then started drilling a few month after, I have been drilling for the extended period of time till now counting 7 and half years total. I am driven to do a good job no matter what the position I am in and I want to continue to move up and properly train employees to work smart, safe, and efficient. I am a team player, if i know something that will help out another employee, person, or rig i will share to make that person more efficient, and benefit more to the company. I am prepared to come in on off days if need be to help out , do further training to further move up in this new company and be punctual every day for work ready when the work calls for me to step up.
