Summary
Centerplate was a company I began my employment in 2018 at Ole Miss. I started as a Concession Worker and began working myself up with a year of training. The following season in 2019, I was promoted to the role of a Supervisor. The role consists of overseeing Concession workers, Bartenders and Non-profit Organizations in making sure each department is completing tasks on time. The Company changed the name from Centerplate to Sodexo Live around the year of 2021-2022. As I was promoted as a Trainer Supervisor in the Summer of 2023 that role falls below the Assistant Concession Manager. The following role consists of creating a training session for newly hires/NPO. I have also managed the weekly schedule of operation for each sporting events. In my era in working for Centerplate/Sodexo Live, I have traveled with the company within cities such as New Orleans and Birmingham. The events ranges from NFL Events, UFL Events, Huge Corporations Banquets, and Country Music Concerts.
