LEADERSHIP

I am currently a float pool nurse. I have been in this position for three years. I have worked all med-surg floors, ob clinic, pulmonary clinic, cardiac clinic, and nephrology clinic. I am also a fill in charge nurse whenever I float to a floor that does not have one. I have developed my delegation and leadership skills. I have also worked hard at become the kind of charge nurse that makes staff comfortable with my work ethic. There is no I in team. If one person is busy, then we all ARE busy. We are a team.
