This job was an 8hr shift. I was to do rounds on all of my residents every 2 hours to be sure that no one needs changing. I was to give showers or bed baths depending on the residents request. Some residents were to be up and dressed for the day. I was responsible for passing out trays for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A few of my residents had to be fed, which I assisted in. I clipped nails and made sure that the residents received their snack at a timely manner. Before the end of the day, I had to chart all work done on my patients before next shift arrived.
