Contacted Priority Alert customer service reps to locate and re-ice shipments. Worked with international customer service reps as to what was needed to move their damaged packages through transportation.

Performed scans on dangerous goods packages to be loaded in to shipping containers. Ensured the correct packages were placed in the correct container.
