Caring and encouraging others is the heartbeat of everything I desire to do. Healthcare is a strong passion of mine, my choice in studies closely follows this passion. My current pursuit of a degree in Health Science Studies is driven by hope and a goal to learn as much as I can about healthcare and provide the best care to patients. I want to learn, I want to work with others, and I want to support and collaborate with others to bring the best quality and experience to every patient.

HEARTFIRE Missions
Dominican Republic
Attended and participated in HEARTFIRE medical mission to the Dominican Republic.
- Shadow and learn about various medical practices in the field of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT).
- Work with a team of college students, nurses, CRNAs, and Physicians to provide treatment and care in the Dominican Republic.
- Learned how to care for others, work with others, fill in the gaps where there were needs to be met, and appreciate the impact we each make in the lives of others.
This mission also contributed to the growth and furthering of education for the children.
- Through Children of the Nations my team I traveled with was able to visit, teach, and experience new learning methods with children in class.
- Seeing the the seeds of empowerment and encouragement we were able to water as a team was very inspiring.
- This experience grew my heart for medicine, the wholistic care of others, and desire to meet the needs of others however I am able.
