Process all incoming new hires into the payroll system, submit pay raises, wage requests, garnishments, employment verifications, unemployment and workers' compensation claims.
Assist in enrolling employees into the company’s health insurance by providing monthly reports of the incoming new hires and bi-weekly reports of our terminations as well.
Carefully review all incoming applications, call and speak with the applicant to gain more information to determine if they would be a good fit for the company. Once decided they are, I’d schedule an interview with the appropriate manager.
Organize and input invoices including the daily sales reports via QuickBooks as well as the daily cash sales reports onto an excel spreadsheet.
Handle all cash deposits, change orders, and petty cash for all three Big Play facilities
Conducted daily quality control inspections at all Big Play properties and provided internal communication to the owner as well as all upper management regarding results (2018-2023)
Provides administrative support such as maintaining all personnel employee files, answering incoming phone calls, sorting through mail, responding to emails, etc.
