I've been a CED now for 11months. I've had on the job training and work experience since the day I started. I feel like I am a great fit for Hinds County where I currently serve as Urban Farm CED. Although my title says Urban I've served both rural and urban farmers and have established a great relationship with them both. I know the county ,I know the people. I'm learning the job more and more daily. I feel like I'd be the best candidate for Hinds County.
