Peyton Simmons

Mosquito Burrito is a chipotle style restaurant in Cleveland, MS. I serve customers and clean dishes, clean the front of house and prep any vegetables or cook any chips that need to made for the next coming shift.

I worked at this Sonic for about a year and a half, and my main responsibility was just to make burgers and close, however after about 5 months I eventually just learned how to do everything in the kitchen and everything in the front. The manager I worked under would let me lead shifts when he wasn't there, but since I was in band I never had enough time for them to be able to promote me because I was only able to work 3 days a week. The only thing I didn’t learn how to do was run food on roller skates.
