  • Led Mississippi College to Gulf South Conference tournament (2023, 2024) for first time since 1996.
  • Developed 2 All-GSC performers during time at Mississippi College in Rashad Bolden (1st Team in 23-24) and Galen Smith Jr. (2nd Team in 22-23)
  • Developed an NABC South All-District 2nd team player in Rashad Bolden (23-24)
  • Facilitated a 14 win increase compared to the previous 4 year period by enacting a culture of accountability, discipline, and motivation.
  • Renovated facilities by proposing, winning and executing capital works project that included a locker room renovation while at Mississippi College.
  • Directed Jones College program to achieve back-to-back 20-win seasons, a South Division Championship, and a conference runner up finish in 2018-19.
  • Achieved a Region 23 runner-up finish in 2019-20 while leading Jones College.
  • During tenure at Jones College; saw over 20 student athletes move on to the 4 year level including institutions such as Georgetown, Louisiana, Southern Miss, Mississippi College.
  • While at Meridian High School led the Wildcats to a combined record of 227-55.
  • Led Meridian High School to MHSAA 6A State Championship with a record of 29-2 in 2011; including back-to-back South State championships in 2010 & 2011.
  • Served as the North/South All-Star game head coach in 2011.


As a Player:

  • Played Professionally (1998-2002) for teams in Iceland (Grindavik), Brazil (Londrina), and Canada (Saskatchewan Hawks).
  • SWAC Player of the Year at Texas Southern in 1997 and 1998.
  • 1st Team All SWAC Award at Texas Southern in 1996.
  • Freshman of the Year Award at Texas Southern in 1995.
