Summary

I am a Certified teacher, licensed in Mississippi and Kentucky. I have 19 years’ experience in Kindergarten and First Grade. I started my career in Jackson, Mississippi, moved to Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and currently teach in Ocean Springs. I was instrumental in implementing RtI/KSI, Response to Intervention/Kentucky System of Intervention, at G. C. Burkhead Elementary by introducing multiple programs, designing documentation forms, and systematic, intervention activities at the onset of Kentucky beginning the KSI process. I also designed and implemented a Tier II system of intervention, for kindergarten, at Magnolia Park in Ocean Springs.
