Was given the opportunity to lead Waste Pro USA into a new contract with The Pine Belt Regional Solid Waste Management Authority. We are heading into our third year of a six year contract.

I direct all operations of three solid waste transfer stations and one Subtitle-D Landfill.

• Needs included training new Landfill Operators to perform all duties in a safe and compliant manner. Successfully trained Lead Operator towards capabilities needed for Manager of Landfill Operations (MOLO). He was then awarded by receiving licensure for MDEQ State Certification to operate a MSW Landfill.
• A zero accident/injury rate is in effect. WORK SAFELY! My number one objective at all times!
• Integrated a new GCCS system to function above its intended capabilities. Thus making it a stellar fit for RNG markets.
• Streamlined 3 Transfer Stations to work efficiently with hauler/broker. Thus maintaining a healthy relationship with customers who utilize these facilities. No wait times. (County and City Members of Solid Waste Authority).
• Maintaining and fostering professional relationships with new and old vendors that assist with all phases of operations
• Leading the charge with maintaining all equipment needed to create efficient landfill and transfer operations.
• Keeping check on density numbers above 1600 ton per cubic yds.
• Developed strong team dynamics through regular communication, collaboration, and goal-setting initiatives.
• Boosted customer satisfaction rates by addressing concerns promptly and effectively resolving issues including construction of proper turnarounds and access roads.
