  • Monitor company assets and advises Table Managers or Supervisors of any observed cheating or theft that has occurred or attempted from patrons and or employees
  • Several controlled cameras are utilized for this purpose
  • Surveillance Operators will obtain coverage of patrons, table, dealer as well as all money on the tables
  • If a discrepancy occurs such as an over payment by a Dealer or an attempted cheating method by a patron the Surveillance Team (team work) would then review and verify the validity of the incident
  • After the incident is resolved a detailed report will be written with all pertinent information added
  • Surveillance Operator reports all incidents such as trips, falls, hazards, patrons loitering and fights etc that had been observed via camera coverage to Security personnel
  • Security is notified via radio traffic or telephone of the location and the specifics of the incidents
  • All incidents are logged and kept on file
  • Surveillance team assist the Biloxi Police with incidents that happen on Hard Rock Casino property such as stolen or damaged vehicles.
