  • Design and institute a preventive maintenance program for all vehicles.
  • Monitor and record on-going maintenance procedures, ensuring all scheduled work is performed.

  • Design, implement and maintain vehicle inventory.
  • Responsible for establishing transportation routes and draft transportation maps and schedules and assign vehicles.
  • Responsible for proper loading to ensure the number of passengers does not exceed the maximum loading capacity.
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing calls in regard to dispensation of transportation vehicles.
  • Evaluate vehicle operators as assigned.
  • Responsible for making periodic visits to local areas for on-the-spot inspection and assessment of vehicle conditions and other equipment.
  • Ensures that no unauthorized drivers operate the vehicle.
  • Responsible for the safe storing of vehicle when not in use.
  • Responsible for complying with applicable federal statues, regulations and policies in affect.
