• Responsible for supervision of crew members and proper execution of restaurant operations on shift to provide guests with great dining experience while upholding service and quality standards.
• Focus on employee retention, continuous operational improvement, and understanding profit and loss statements, operating plans, and costs.

• Assist all suite members, loge members, club members, and alumni to elevate ports entertainment experience to its highest level.

• Leading the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives while maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Operates cash register for cash, check, and credit card transactions with excellent accuracy levels.
• Assisting customers with purchases, fuel transactions, locate items, and join reward programs.
• In the absence of management provide backup duties including but not limited to completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolve problems, review daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count and equipment maintenance and training new employees
