Develops, manages, coordinates and executes Group-level policies and training programs as directed by Higher Headquarters and AETC on skill level and flight training management for 8 squadrons. Oversees all officer and enlisted formal and technical education. Serves as a training consultant for 1.2K personnel ensuring required training while providing direct oversight to training programs. Briefs command teams on training performance metrics.

Manages Aircraft Maintenance training program. Ensures unit training is ran efficiently and affectively. Conducts staff assistance visits, evaluating master training plans based on specific duty positions and workcenters. Organizes and administered Career Development Courses for Air Force upgrade training for newly assigned personnel and personnel who get promoted. Analyzes statistical data to present to unit commanders in regards to training progression and errors within the training program.

Whiteman Air Force Base - Law Enforcement Desk Sergeant
Managed patrol forces and organized Random Anti-Terrorism Measures to provide secure installation security. Employed base denial procedures and actively fostered relationships with local law enforcement agencies.

Law Enforcement Alarm Monitor/Technician. Monitored Air Force alarm points located in high value facilities. Provided technical knowledge to installation commanders and communication personnel. Documented sensor and camera failures and provided solutions to on station contracted maintenance personnel. Conducted surveillance operations for a three mile Air Force installation in conjunction with Air Force Office of Special Investigations and Security Forces Investigations.

Law Enforcement Patrolman. Provided integrated base defense for a foreign installation consisting of eleven thousand military, civilian and contracted Japanese personnel. Detected unauthorized restricted access and restricted area activities. Provided armed response for emergency incidents, performed entry control and conducted searches for contraband and controlled substances. Certified in conflict resolution and domestic violence response. Marksmanship in multiple weapon systems.

Aircraft Security Team Leader. Managed four man security teams protecting US Air Force assets and aircraft in foreign locations throughout Asia. Secured aircraft landing zones and aircrew during support missions.
